Three creations we pictured on a someday restaurant menu: kogi chicken with pickled vegetables, lemon chicken with sundried-tomato pesto, and grilled peaches with street corn and chicken.

What went on it Kogi chicken: pickled vegetables, spicy Thai chili sauce Lemon chicken: homemade sundried-tomato pesto, spinach, feta, roasted peppers Grilled-peach tray: arugula, Mexican street corn, feta, grilled seasoned chicken, avocado, cilantro, fruity vinaigrette A record of what we made, rather than a measured, step-by-step recipe.
